Refund Policy
Information about refunds, parts returns, and service credits.
Parts Returns
Parts may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are in original packaging and unused. A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returned parts. Special-order parts cannot be returned.
Service Credits
If you are not satisfied with our service, we will work with you to make it right. Service credits toward future work are available upon request and manager approval.
Warranty Claims
Warranty claims are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a part fails within the warranty period, we will replace it at no charge. Labor for warranty repairs is covered for 90 days from service date.
