Terms of Service

Service Agreements

By requesting service from Soil & Water Conservation Soc, you agree to these terms. Service requests constitute an agreement for repair and maintenance work on agricultural equipment.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide written estimates before beginning work. The final price may vary if additional issues are discovered during diagnostics. We will contact you before proceeding with any work that exceeds the estimate by more than 10%.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For large jobs, a deposit may be required before work begins.

Warranty

We offer a 90-day warranty on labor and a 12-month warranty on parts, unless otherwise specified. Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of repair services provided. We are not responsible for incidental damages, lost profits, or equipment downtime beyond the direct cost of repair work.
